The mechanical machining area consists of cutting and welding. We implement your finished drawings, and also apply your complete planning and engineering.
Cutting
Our machine park carries out all standard milling work (CNC controlled) and turning/drilling (conventional) according to individual specifications. Workpieces with larger dimensions and up to 12 tonnes can also be machined. Requisite collision testing is via a CAM system, and optimization of tool paths achieves rapid product finalization. End control of the precision parts is carried out in an air-conditioned measurement room.
Materials
- Heat-treatable steel
- machining steel
- construction steel
- stainless steel
- aluminum
- brass
- high-temperature steels
Welding
We benefit from a high level of expertise due to specialist welding engineers and certified employees. We provide you with optimum results based on our decades of experience, monitored internally via PT2 and MT2 controllers. X-ray and ultrasonic testing can also be implemented externally.
Welding processes: MAG • MIG • E-Hand • WIG • ORBITAL
Welding materials: Ferrous steels, high-alloy steels, aluminum, heat-resistant and high-temperature steels
Authorized welding workshop in accordance with DIN EN 1090-1:2010-07 (implementation class: EXC3 for statically and dynamically loaded steel constructions)
Welding process testing in accordance with ISO 15614-1 for general construction steels, CrNi steels and other combinations
Components/assemblies with the following dimensions can be machined
