Remote diagnostics
Our remote maintenance systems allows us to perform diagnostics
on your equipment via Internet/intranet without an on-site
service technician.
Spare parts service
We offer you the option to store spare parts at any of our
locations and to ship them in a timely manner.
Commissioning
Of course, we follow up the planning, engineering, manufacturing,
and delivery of your machine or equipment by commissioning
it and instructing your personnel in its handling. Our technicians
travel to you exclusively – on request, wearing unmarked
uniforms or even your company-issued uniforms.

Overhauling/Retrofitting
We retrofit your existing machines and equipment with the
latest drive systems, control cabinets, and user interfaces
to enable trouble-free production based on the state on the
art. A customized retrofit of your existing machine architecture
allows you to quickly achieve a greater level of flexibility
and increased availability of your production equipment. We
coordinate with manufacturers to offer these services in the
previously-owned machine sector, as well. To avoid interfering
with your production processes, we offer the use of NMI's
own assembly shops with appropriate infrastructure.
Consultation, training, and audits

We invite you to join us for goal-oriented, hands-on training
at our academy. Study in a comfortable atmosphere with appealing
ambience. In addition to training programs, the academy offers
modern conference rooms holding up to 200 persons - all fully
air-conditioned, of course.

Repair and conversion
We support you during your conversion activities, e.g.,
for application changeovers. We perform retrofits in the field
for our customers. We assist in carrying out revisions, e.g.,
for large customers and for large, personnel-intensive projects.
Qualified maintenance - Preventive maintenance/per-call
maintenance
Qualified maintenance according to a maintenance checklist
of the manufacturer. Required maintenance intervals, inspections,
preventive maintenance. Maintenance for specified tasks, machine
programs. Independent coordination by NMI, fixed-price invoicing
available.
Back office/service coordination
We schedule our NMI service technician visits in consultation
with the manufacturer. We document every job in order to ensure
seamless traceability. Service reports are prepared and archived.
We manage and inspect all service records. You receive from
us a detailed and easy-to-understand invoice, including an
itemization of all incidental expenses. We enter into individual,
explicitly arranged framework agreements with our service
partners.
Installation and assembly
Starting from the "unloading" interface, we organize
placement, positioning, installation, test run, operator instruction,
and handover with report. Upon request, we will work together
with our professional network partners to transport your machine
ex works to the point-of-destination.
