Manufacturing of fixtures and special-purpose
machines
From the idea to the final product - all from
one source. We develop and design products according to your
specifications and requirements. For this purpose, our qualified
design engineers have access to modern tools such as the CAD
system Mechanical Desktop 2008 and the CAE system Autodesk
Inventor 2008. Of course, the use of FEM computations is available
for optimization and testing.
The use of universal interfaces, such as IGES,
STEP, DWG, or other native formats, allows us to communicate
with our customers problem-free.
Our design engineers are also trained welding
specialists who can plan and design complex welded assemblies
for you. We compute, dimension, modernize, assemble, and commission
your equipment and machines. Of course, we comply with all
rules and standards for pressure devices, occupational safety
and quality management.
We monitor the manufacturing process through
a certified quality assurance system according to ISO 9001.
The final inspection of precision parts is performed in a
climate-controlled measuring room.
Manufacturing of vacuum and pressure
tanks
In addition to manufacturing
of pressure and vacuum tanks, we also provide the following

- Implementation of pressure tests on equipment subject
to mandatory inspection up to 140 bar
